open rides from Calhoun Cycle. Everyone is welcome. No membership
fee for Calhoun Cycle rides! Refreshments and chatter supplied by

Florian & Fondue A
wonderful evening of cycling camaraderie with innovative designer Florian
Schlumpf. Florian showed his revolutionary system. It adds lower gears
to a bike by adding a planetary gear within the crank/bottom bracket. Super
cool on a folder or recumbent. And simply amazing on a unicycle. Click

Velo City A spectacular
afternoon with Carl-Georg Rasmussen of Leitra. A great group of folks met
to admire the vehicles and take a nice spin around the lakes. As far as

The Ice Races The
MN Human Powered Vehicle Association hosts an annual Ice Bike Race. Often
copied but never dupliated, this is the event that started it. Click

at the shop. Mark Collitan unveiled the spectacular Bacchetta bicycles.
Author Sam Tracy answered questions for the roadside impaired. Juggler
Dan Grider was there to amuse and amaze.

scones were waiting upon their return and Richard spoke about the trends
in recumbent bicycles.
